Well, you are going to need some hardware to accomplish what you want to do. In the past there have been some manufacturers of AM-FM PC cards that fit into a slot in your PC and come bundled with the software to run it. You may be able to search the Internet and find one for sale, I was unable to find any when I looked although I know they are out there. I have never heard of one made for SW although I have been out of the SW game for a while. Another solution is that many radio stations simulcast their program over the Internet. Contact the stations and ask them if they have a web site and if they broadcast their program over the Internet. If you are really an avid listener then why not buy a good AM-FM radio?
